May's Therapist of the Month is Hope Brown, LCPC. Her clinical experiences involve working closely with those dealing with depression, anxiety, dissociative identity disorder, and PTSD, as well as individuals within the LGBTQIA+ community.
Hope has a person-centered approach, using cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused, and mindfulness interventions. She is dedicated to helping provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for her clients to express themselves, receive support, and explore solutions.
Hope's goal is to ensure her clients feel heard, explore deep parts of themselves that may have been neglected, and achieve more peace of mind.

Hope accepts Aetna, Cigna, BlueCross BlueShield, United Healthcare, Johns Hopkins, and Medicaid. She also has an Out-of-Pocket Rate of $110 for those with out-of-network or no insurance.
