Location: Fully Telehealth (Maryland-based practice)
Compensation: $66,000–$80,000 annually

What You’ll Do
As a Full-Time Therapist, you will provide high-quality, trauma-informed mental health services to children,
adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families based on your clinical expertise and interests.

Responsibilities include:

Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy as appropriate
-
Complete comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment plans
-
Maintain timely, accurate, and clinically appropriate documentation
-
Utilize evidence-based and trauma-informed treatment approaches
-
Develop strong therapeutic relationships with clients
-
Participate in clinical consultation and ongoing professional development
-
Maintain ethical and professional standards of practice
-
Collaborate with other members of the clinical team when appropriate
-
Maintain a caseload consistent with full-time expectations

make a meaningful difference in the lives of their clients.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must have:

An active, unrestricted Maryland license/credential, such as:
-
LCPC
-
LCSW-C
-
LMSW
-
LGPC
-
LCMFT
-
LCPAT
-
-
Availability and willingness to maintain a caseload of at least 25 client sessions per week, provided that referrals and appropriate client availability are provided by the practice
-
Experience with treatment planning
-
Strong clinical documentation skills
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
