Hope Y. Brown


Hope Y. Brown completed her Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Trinity Washington University. Her clinical experiences involve working closely with those dealing with depression, anxiety, dissociative identity disorder, PTSD, as well as those individuals within the LGBTQIA+ community.

Hope utilizes a person-centered approach with clients with a focus on cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused, and mindfulness interventions. She is dedicated to helping to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to express yourself, receive support, and explore solutions to anything that you're experiencing. Her goal is to provide room for you to get to know yourself better, feel heard, and explore those deep parts of yourself that may have been hidden or neglected in order to determine the best solutions or ways for you to experience more peace of mind. In her spare time, Hope enjoys going to hear live music, reading books, and cooking.
