Lia White completed two Bachelor's degrees in criminal justice and psychology, which allowed her to work within the criminal justice system for three years. She has worked with law enforcement, military and veterans, and those within the criminal justice system themselves.

Lia completed her Master's degree in Clinical Counseling at the University of Baltimore. Ms. White's clinical expertise also consists of working with older individuals, people in their 20s and 30s, and Christian-based counseling and treatment. Her experiences also include treating substance use, trauma, depression, anxiety, and working through life changes and adjustments.
