Jennifer Farrare (née Lake) is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, Reiki and Sound Healing Practitioner, and Professional School Counselor. Ms. Farrare earned her Master of Education degree in School Counseling and a Certificate of Advanced Study in School Counseling at Wilmington University. She attended Bowie State University to earn her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education.

   Jennifer uses a holistic approach to therapy that integrates spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Her clinical expertise involves working with individuals with depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, as well as those who identify as LGBTQ+. Jennifer likes to utilize a variety of treatment modalities to meet the needs of her clients, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and energy psychology. Her goal as a therapist is to help individuals develop a deeper understanding of themselves to live the life they desire.
