Tamara Burrowes completed her Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology and Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Washington Adventist University. Her clinical experiences involve working alongside individuals with mental health, substance use disorder, and dual diagnosis. She has a unique ability to build rapport with diverse client populations. Tamara utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities including, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Solution-Focused, mindfulness, and other evidence-based practices. As a clinician, Tamara is passionate about working from a holistic mindset helping clients gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and bringing positive energy. In her free time, Tamara enjoys outdoor activities, cooking, traveling, spending time with family, dancing, and music.
