Position: Full-Time Therapist (LGPC, LGADC, LGMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C)
Location: Fully Telehealth (Maryland-based practice)

Position Overview
We are hiring a full-time Mental Health Professional (LGPC, LGADC, LGMFT,
LCPC, or LCSW-C) to provide individual, couples, family therapy, and workshops via
telehealth. This position requires a commitment to holding 25+ sessions per week. In

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality mental health therapy services to clients in individual, couples, and/or family settings via secure telehealth platforms.

Conduct intakes, assessments, treatment planning, and documentation in accordance with professional and ethical standards.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in the electronic health record system (EHR).

Collaborate with colleagues and participate in virtual team meetings as needed.

Stay current with best practices, continuing education, and licensure requirements.

Qualifications

Active Maryland license: LGPC, LGADC, LGMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C (required).

Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, marriage & family therapy, or a related field.

Strong clinical skills, professionalism, and commitment to client care.

Ability to manage a caseload of at least 25 sessions per week.

Experience with trauma-informed care preferred but not required.

Comfort and proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual client engagement.
